The Building and Zoning Inspector shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. No permit shall be issued for excavation, construction, exterior alteration or modification, relocation or demolition of any building, structure or part thereof in areas covered in this chapter where the plans and specifications indicate the building would not conform to all the provisions of this Zoning Ordinance. The Building and Zoning Inspector may stop any work in which the letter of this Zoning Ordinance is not being observed. (Ord. 2818. Passed 11-29-95.)
