The Design Review Board shall meet periodically on an as needed basis, on a designated day of the month. For each meeting, there shall be an agenda available to the public at least twenty-four hours prior to the meeting, and the public shall be informed of all meetings in compliance with Ohio law. Four members of the Board shall constitute a quorum, and three votes are needed for approval of an application. Once each year, the Board shall elect a Chairman and a Secretary. The Chairman or his designee shall prepare the agenda and preside at all meetings or hearings which shall be open and available to the public.
