(a) This section shall not be applicable to the following positions: auxiliary police (part-time policemen) the janitorial employee or part-time employee in the Street Department or part-time Maintenance Employee in the Sewage Department, or Secretaries.
(b) The Village shall pay premiums for all hospitalization for the Chief of Police, the full-time regular policemen, the Village Administrator, the Assistant Village Administrator, the Street Department Laborer, also known as Street Department Employee, the Sewage Plant Operator with Class III License and the Maintenance Mechanic and the Assistant Sewage Plant Operator.

(c) (1) Any full time employee of the Village, who waives hospitalization benefits shall receive a monthly incentive payment of twenty-five percent (25%) of the savings incurred by Village due to said waiver, or one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00), whichever is less.
(2) Said written waiver must be signed by the employee, and personally delivered to the Clerk Treasurer in order for said waiver to be effective.

(d) (1) If the eligible family of any full time employee of the Village of Lowellville, waives hospitalization benefits said employee shall receive a monthly incentive payment of twenty-five percent (25%) of the savings incurred by the Village of Lowellville due to said waiver, or one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00), whichever is less.
(2) Said written waiver must be signed by the employee and the employee’s family members eligible to be covered, and personally delivered to the Clerk-Treasurer in order for said waiver to be effective.
