Effective May 1, 2008, and until further action by Council, all employees that receive health care benefits under a plan provided by the Village shall have deducted from their pay a fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) per pay period. The Clerk/Treasurer shall cause said fee to be appropriately paid toward the monthly health care premiums currently paid by the Village on behalf of the employee. (Ord. 4067. Passed 6-9-22.)
