917.12 ASSESSING OWNER OF PROPERTY.

(a) Council hereby adopts a policy of assessing the owner of real property for sewage rates pursuant to Ohio R.C. 729.49 and Codified Ordinance Section 917.02 instead of the resident or renter of the property.

(b) Council hereby directs and authorizes the Village Administrator to adopt measures to collect sewer rates from the owners of real property pursuant to Ohio R.C. 729.49 and Codified Ordinance Section 917.02 .
