§ 76.03 ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES.
   (A)   An officer of the Town of Lowell Police Department may issue a Local Ordinance Citation to a person who violates this chapter.
   (B)   Violation of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in § 70.99.
   (C)   Signs giving notice of the prohibition of open alcoholic beverage containers in motor vehicles shall be posted giving notice of such regulation at all locations deemed appropriate by the Town of Lowell Police Department.
