(A) No parking signs are posted or other notification of street cleaning, repairing, or resurfacing is made. It shall be unlawful for any person to park, stand, or fail to remove a vehicle of any kind parked along any street, alley, or highway, when signs are posted or other written notification of intent to clean, repair, or resurface such street is made.
(B) Notification.
(1) Signs shall be posted in prominent places along any street, alley, or highway to be cleaned, repaired, or resurfaced at least 24 hours before the actual cleaning, repairing, or resurfacing;
(2) An officer who finds a vehicle parked on the street, alley, or highway shall attach in a permanent place a notice tag containing the following information:
(a) The date, time, officer's name, public agency, and address and telephone number to contact for information.
(b) The vehicle will be removed , if necessary, so as to not interfere with street cleaning, repairing, or resurfacing operations.
(c) The owner will be held responsible for all costs incidental to the removal.
(3) Written notification shall be provided to each residence along any street, alley, or highway to be cleaned, repaired, or resurfaced.
(c) Exception. This section shall not apply to or otherwise alter the provisions regarding parking regulations during snowfall found in Chapter 75, Sched. VII.
