§ 10.19 CONSTRUCTION.
   The provisions of this code and any other ordinance of the town and all proceedings under them are to be construed with a view to effect their objects and to promote justice.

§ 10.98 VIOLATIONS — PROHIBITED ACTS INCLUDE CAUSING AND PERMITTING.
   Whenever, in this code or in any other ordinance of the town, any act or omission is made unlawful, it includes causing, allowing, permitting, aiding, abetting, suffering or concealing the fact of such act or omission.

§ 10.99 GENERAL PENALTY.
   Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this code shall, upon conviction thereof, and in addition to any other penalty that may be provided, be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $2,500 for each violation. Each person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of a provision of this code is committed, continued or permitted by the person.
