(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 70.99. (B) In addition to all other penalties authorized by state law and local ordinances, violation of §§ 74.25 through 74.30 may result in the revocation of the privilege of operating the golf cart or utility vehicle on public street and roads.
