§ 74.29  REGISTRATION AND INSPECTION.
   All golf carts and utility vehicles must be registered with, and inspected by the City Police Department before traveling on the public streets and roads. Registrations must be renewed and inspections performed on an annual basis. Registrations and inspections must be scheduled with the Police Department in advance. The cost of registration and inspections is $25 per year. Inspection stickers provided at the time of registration and inspection must be displayed on the golf cart or utility vehicle at all times. Proof of liability insurance with a minimum coverage amount of $100,000 must be provided at the time of registration.
