§ 91.18 FAILURE TO CORRECT.

Any owner or occupant of premises within the city or the extraterritorial jurisdiction who maintains a nuisance(s), as defined herein, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be penalized according to § 10.99. Each day's further violation shall be a separate offense.
