§ 52.006 PROHIBITION OF THE ADDITION OF FLUORIDE TO THE WATER SYSTEM.
   As the result of an election of the people of the city, held November 6, 2012, the addition or introduction of any fluoride into the municipal water supply of the city shall be prohibited.
