§ 111.39 ORIGINAL PACKAGE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons who own, manage, or lease any premises in which the sale of alcoholic beverages is licensed, to have in his, her, or their possession for sale at retail any alcoholic liquor contained in casks, or other containers except in the original package. Nothing in this section shall prohibit the refilling of original packages of alcoholic liquor for strictly private use and not for resale.
