§ 52.066 APPROVED BACKFLOW PREVENTION DEVICES.
   Any backflow prevention device required by this subchapter shall be of a model or construction approved by the city or its authorized representative and the Nebraska Department of Health. The Water Department shall provide a list of devices that are recognized for cross-connection control and backflow prevention by the Nebraska Department of Health.
