(A) The minimum charge per month shall be $17.50 for residential users and $17.50 for commercial users for operation and maintenance including replacement and debt retirement and an additional $1.75 for both residential and commercial per 1,000 gallons. These rates shall take effect and be in full force as of July 1, 2019.
(B) All water consumers shall be liable for the minimum rate provided by ordinance unless and until the consumer shall, by written order, direct the Water Commissioner to shut off the water at the stop box, in which case he or she shall not be liable thereafter for water rental until the water is turned on again.
