§ 52.025 POLICE REPORTS.
   It shall be the duty of the County Sheriff or other designated local law enforcement officers to report to the Water Commissioner all cases of leakage and waste in the use of water and all violations of the municipal code relating to the Water Department. They shall have the additional duty of enforcing the observance of all such regulations.
