This chapter is intended to cover all facilities-based local exchange carriers operating in Louisville Metro.
(B) (1) This chapter, in addition to governing all wireline service suppliers, also shall apply to VoIP suppliers/providers and telematics, as defined herein.
(2) VoIP suppliers/providers shall be required to obtain a physical address to be associated with each VoIP account that belongs to a residence or business located within Louisville Metro.
