§ 71.22 OBSTRUCTION OF STREETS.
   No vehicle shall be used in any manner to obstruct or act as a barricade or obstruction on any street in Louisville Metro for the purposes of facilitating or aiding or abetting or otherwise as an incident to any vehicle speed contest or reckless driving exhibition.
