Every person operating motor buses on the streets of Louisville Metro for compensation or gain shall locate, subject to the approval of the Director of Public Works, and maintain uniform loading and unloading zones for passengers. All such loading and unloading zones shall have signs posted specifying "TARC Stop" which shall be uniform in color and design. The location of such signs shall be considered the boundary of the loading zone in the direction in which the traffic is flowing.
