Persons operating motor trucks, truck tractors, semitrailers or combinations thereof on any street or public way of Louisville/Jefferson County Metro Government ("Louisville Metro") are subject to limits on gross weight prescribed in KRS 189.210, and to the limits on height, width and length as prescribed in KRS 189.221 and 189.222(1), except for those motor trucks, semitrailer trucks or trailers exempted by KRS 189.280(1).
