§ 71.88 ACCIDENTS INVOLVING A LOW CLEARANCE.
   In the event that an operator of a vehicle fails to heed a low clearance sign and gets the vehicle stuck in a signed low clearance area, and the assignment of Metro Government personnel or equipment is necessary to protect the health, safety, or property of citizens, the driver of the vehicle responsible for the willful disregard of such low clearance signs shall reimburse the Metro Government for any cost incurred in alleviating the emergency. The cost shall be as determined by the Director of the Department for Public Protection and shall be collected by civil action.
