§ 53.10 RIGHT OF GOVERNMENT TO USE FACILITIES.
   Every person making application to place wires underground, as provided in this chapter, shall give to the Metro Government the right to reserve the use of such poles, facilities and appurtenances as may be erected for local distribution of street lights in any part of District A, and whenever Metro Government may require the use for its police, fire, emergency management, telephone services or other services that Metro Government may require or designate. However, this use shall not exclude control and use of the poles by the company for its own purposes.
