All monies collected through drainage service charges and drainage fees authorized herein shall be separately identified and accounted for in MSD's financial records, and all expenses related to stormwater drainage and flood control shall be separately identified and accounted for by MSD. The debt service adjustment provision within MSD’s existing schedule of rates, rentals and charges is hereby amended by adding “and drainage service charges” following the term “wastewater service charges” where the term appears in the provision.
