(A) Upon receipt of notice, any person having buildings, structures, works, conduits, mains, pipes, tracks, or other physical obstructions in, over, or on the public streets or highways which interfere with or impede the progress of any sewerage system in the process of construction, shall shift, adjust, accommodate, or remove the obstruction at their own cost and expense in accordance with such notice.
(B) Each day after receipt of notice of obstructions in which any part of the obstruction shall not have been shifted, adjusted, or removed in accordance with the notice shall constitute a separate offense.
