Following the promulgation of a schedule of fees for emergency medical services and any amendments which may be made thereto from time to time, the Louisville Metro Chief Financial Officer, or designee, may provide for the direct collection of such fees by the Metro Government, or may delegate such collections by contract to any agency, public or private.
