No person shall place any poisonous substance which may be harmful to any domestic animal, livestock, poultry or community cats, as described herein, in any location where it may be readily found and eaten by such animal. A violation of this section involving the intentional poisoning of a dog or cat shall result in a citation under KRS 525.130.
