§ 43.01 PERMISSION TO ENTER.
   No person, except those to whom certificates granting right of burial have been issued and their accompanying friends shall enter any cemetery within Louisville Metro at any time without permission, and persons are prohibited from entering or leaving cemetery grounds except through the gates provided by the cemetery proprietor for that purpose.

§ 43.02 RESTRICTIONS; PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES.
   (A)   Prohibited conduct. No person shall climb any tree, lie down or sit on any grave, participate in any loud or angry discussion, or use any profane language within any cemetery within Louisville Metro.
   (B)   Prohibited activities. No refreshment or liquors of any kind are allowed in any cemetery within Louisville Metro. Hunting, fishing, or disturbance of fish or birds, and the discharge of firearms (except military salutes), fireworks or missiles by the use of gunpowder or other explosives, within, into, or on or over any portion of any cemetery within Louisville Metro is prohibited, as is use of any cemetery for dumping grounds, building sites, playgrounds, places of entertainment and amusement, public parks, athletic fields or parking grounds.

§ 43.03 DEFACING CEMETERY PROPERTY.
   No person shall mutilate, deface, or otherwise injure any tombstone, monument, vault, vase, enclosure, furniture, ornament, building, or structure of any description, tree, shrub, or flower (wild or cultivated). No person, without permission obtained from the proprietors of any cemetery within Louisville Metro, shall erect, build, plant, cut, or remove any tombstone, monument, vault, vase, enclosure, furniture, ornament, tree, plant, shrub, building, or other structure, or interfere with any grave in any cemetery within Louisville Metro.
