§ 37.30 COMPLIANCE OF CONTRACTORS AND VENDORS.
   (A)   The Commission shall use its best efforts, directly and through contracting agencies, other interested federal, state and local agencies, contractors and all other available instrumentalities to cooperate with any labor union engaged in work pursuant to contracts, leases or agreements which are subject to the requirements of this subchapter; or with any agency referring workers, or providing or supervising apprenticeship or training for, or in the course of such work, in the implementation of the purpose of this subchapter.
   (B)   The Commission shall monitor all contractors and vendors who receive approval under this subchapter to do business with the Metro Government to insure such contractors and vendors maintain compliance with this subchapter. Should the Commission discover any previously-approved contractor no longer is in compliance with the requirements of this subchapter, it shall so advise the contractor, and shall remove that party from its list of approved contractors.
