§ 37.11 APPLICATION OF STATE STATUTE.
   It is the intention of Metro Government to apply the provisions of the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Prevailing Wage law as contained in KRS Chapter 337 to Metro Government construction projects not otherwise subject to either the federal or the state prevailing wage laws.
