For the purpose of this subchapter the definitions of
CONSTRUCTION, CONTRACTOR, SUBCONTRACTOR, LOCALITY, PUBLIC AUTHORITY,
and
PUBLIC WORKS
shall be the same as is now contained in KRS 337.010(3), and as may be amended by the state from time to time. The definition of
PREVAILING WAGE
shall be the same as is now contained in KRS 337.505, and as may be amended by the state from time to time.
