(A) The Department Director shall report to the Director of Human Resources, or designee, the name of any employee who resigns from a covered position and whether or not the employee resigned in good standing.
(B) Persons who resign in good standing may, within one year of resignation, request that the Board place their names on the reemployment eligibility list.
