§ 37.95 FEDERAL AND/OR STATE GRANTS AND REQUIREMENTS.
   If federal and/or state grants or other federal and/or state requirements differ from the provisions of this code or regulations adopted hereunder, nothing in this code shall inhibit Metro Government from complying with the terms and conditions of the federal and/or state grant or the federal and/or state requirements.
