§ 34.085 WAITING PERIOD UPON FAILING EXAMINATIONS.
   (A)   Any applicant who fails an examination, other than a clerical performance examination (such as typing, dictation, and/or transcription) shall be ineligible to apply for an examination for the same classification for a period of six months from the date of the final filing deadline of the failed examination.
   (B)   Any candidate who fails a clerical performance examination shall be ineligible for admission to an examination for the same classification with equal or higher clerical performance requirements, for a period of three months from the date of administration of the failed examination.
