(A) The Board shall meet as needed.
(B) The regular meeting of the Board shall be held at a place and time designated by the Board.
(C) Special meetings of the Board may be called by either the Chairperson or by a majority of the members of the Board. Public notice of the special meeting shall be given at least 24 hours prior to the time of the special meeting. The notice of a special meeting shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, and what business will be considered. No other business except that stated in the notice shall be considered.
