An adult entertainment establishment shall not make application for and shall not be granted any license to sell alcoholic beverages otherwise issued pursuant to Chapter 113. The sale, use, or consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises of an adult entertainment establishment is prohibited, provided that, any adult entertainment establishment which holds a license to sell alcoholic beverages on the effective date of this chapter may continue to serve alcoholic beverages until the expiration date of its annual license at which time it shall not make application for or be granted another such license. Nothing herein shall exempt an adult entertainment establishment from § 111.18.
