(EDITOR'S NOTE: Certain provisions of Section 521.07 were repealed by implication by Ordinance 85-66 which adopted Chapter 1161 of the Planning and Zoning Code.)
(a) No person shall wantonly or maliciously throw or lay down, open or injure a fence enclosing land, the property of another, or the bars or gate in such fence.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
