In the event a person or his representative who has received a violation notice appears before the Clerk of the Traffic Violations Bureau of Mayor’s Court or his Deputy, waives a court hearing and enters a plea of guilty with such Clerk or Deputy, by 5:00 p.m. on the fifth calendar day after the date of the issuance of the parking ticket, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded, the Clerk of the Traffic Violations Bureau or Deputy may accept from such person or representative, either in person or by regular mail, as a penalty for violation, the amount set forth in the City’s fee schedule and all costs will be waived.
(a) A violation of any provision of this chapter with the exception of Section 351.04(f) if paid according to the Fee Schedule for the City of Louisville.
(b) For the purpose of payments sent by regular United States mail, said payments will be deemed paid on the date postmarked.
