337.30 ENGINE BRAKING.

(a) No person shall apply an engine brake, (a practice commonly known as “jake braking”), when operating a motor vehicle upon a street or highway within the Municipality in such a manner as to cause excessive or unusual noise.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
