331.42 SHORTCUTTING ACROSS PRIVATE PROPERTY.

(a) No driver of a motor vehicle shall intentionally avoid any traffic control device by driving across or through private property to specifically avoid such device.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
