(a) No person on roller skates or riding in or by means of any sled, toy vehicle or similar device shall go upon any roadway except while crossing a street on a crosswalk and except on streets set aside as play streets. (Adopting Ordinance)
(b) No person shall operate or use any skateboard, wheeled platform or other similar device upon any of the public streets, alleys, sidewalks or public ways in the City. For the purpose of this section, a skateboard, wheeled platform or similar device means any device equipped with wheels or rollers upon which the operator stands or sits and is propelled by gravity or power other a motor and which has no steering or braking mechanism.

(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
