305.01 DIVISION OF TRAFFIC ENGINEERING AND SAFETY CREATED.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 737.021 and 737.022, a Division of Traffic Engineering and Safety is hereby created, and the City Manager, performing the duties of the office of the Director of Public Safety shall be the executive head of such Division. Wherever Director of Public Safety is hereafter mentioned, he shall be synonymous with the City Manager.
