303.13 USE OF FICTITIOUS NAME AFTER CITATION.

(a) No person charged with violating any provision of this Traffic Code shall present a citation tag or file a written plea of guilty with the Clerk of the Mayor's Court or the Mayor under a name other than his correct and true name.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
