   171.02 FAILURE TO APPEAR UPON PERSONAL RECOGNIZANCE.
   (a)   No person, having been released upon his own recognizance, shall fail to appear in the Mayor’s Court as required.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
