157.13 TUITION REIMBURSEMENT.
   All full-time and permanent part-time employees except Police Officers, Communication Supervisor and Radio Operators Class A and permanent part-time employees employed by the City for more than two (2) years shall be reimbursed for up to two courses per semester or quarter for courses taken at a technical college, junior college, community college or regular college or university. Such courses taken must be directly related to the position with the City as approved by the department head and the City Manager. The employee must maintain a C or better grade for the courses taken. The City Manager shall promulgate policies and procedures for the reimbursement of tuition fees.
