(a) All employees of the City shall be covered under employee dishonesty and faithful performance of duty coverage, consistent with Ohio R.C. 3.061 conditioned upon the faithful performance of their duties. Such coverage shall be paid for by the City.
(b) Upon entering the duties of office, the City Manager and the Assistant City Manager shall be bonded in the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) conditioned upon the faithful performance of the duties of the office. The Finance Director upon entering the duties of the office shall be bonded at twice the amount of the City Manager. The bonds shall be deposited with the Director of Finance to be filed and carefully preserved. The premium of such bond shall be paid for by the City.
