145.04 AGE LIMITS FOR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT.

Any person who has reached the age of eighteen shall be eligible to take an examination for and receive an original appointment to the City Fire Department as a fireman. No person shall be eligible to receive an original appointment to the City Fire Department after his fifty-fifth birthday.
