(a) The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract in triplicate with the Industrial Commission of Ohio for the purpose of providing workman's compensation coverage for auxiliary police pursuant to Ohio R. C. 4123.03.
(b) The Auditor of Stark County is hereby authorized and instructed to deduct from City tax disbursements a sum sufficient to pay to the Industrial Commission of Ohio the premiums as the same become due for the coverage provided for in subsection (a) above. The Auditor shall pay the premiums in the same manner premiums are paid for workman's compensation for any political subdivision.
