141.07 AGE LIMITS FOR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT.

Any person who has reached the age of twenty-one shall be eligible to take an examination for and receive an original appointment to the City Police Department as a policeman. No person shall be eligible to receive an original appointment to the City Police Department after his forty-first birthday.
