141.02 DUTIES OF CHIEF OF POLICE.

In addition to his duties as prescribed by law, the Chief of Police, under the direction of the City Manager, shall organize, supervise and direct the work and personnel of the Police Department of the City, and enforce by proper action all ordinances of the City and execute such other duties as are assigned to him by proper authority.
