(a) Credit cards will be accepted as payment for City obligations.
(b) When a credit card is used for payment of receivables due to the City, a service charge shall be added to the original obligation not to exceed five percent (5%) of the obligation. The service charge to be levied shall be set periodically by the Director of Finance in writing to the City Manager.
